December 27, 2015 – opening of Kyivstar store in King Cross Leopolis.
Starting from the year 2015 Kyivstar has been changing the principles of work of retail network.
The former customer support centre was transformed into a proper shop where every customer can get all-in-one communication service. Among the goods and services offered by the store are: devices and accessories, tariff plans, internet connection and TV subscription as well as a separate business customers service zone. All of this in one renewed Kyivstar store.
The design of the store provide comfort zones for testing, consultation as well as recharge terminal units.
As of today there are more than 45 renovated stores throughout Ukraine, which allow the customers to buy a smartphone at reasonable price, to restore a SIM-card, to change tariff plan etc. In the nearest future Kyivstar plans to fully renew its monobrand network that consists of 367 stores.
